OK, it's just another, short comedy movie about 2 robots. It's a free internet download. A computer animated, comedy mini-feature. This parody is a sequel for the fans. Of the original movie. And for robot fans in general. "Robot Friends 2" is also about obsolete technology vs new. And how technological advancement can produce a state of the art robot that's far superior to the previous generation. One that can adapt & learn. One that can PROVE its technological superiority over the previous generation of robots. Especially when given a 2nd chance. At least, that's the theory. Surely, this 2nd presentation of robotics technology will go smoothly. At least, smoother than the first one. Because robots MUST behave exactly as they are programmed to do so. And state of the art technology is far superior to older technology, which is now obsolete. Right? |
