Man Terrorized By
Old Hag Syndrome

An encounter with a scary female entity is one that can be terrifying to even the bravest of people. So terrifying, in fact, that it can make a grown man cry. One man's horrifying encounters with this type of supernatural entity is a shocking account of Old Hag Syndrome. "It's real," he said. "I've seen it. I've experienced it. I used to hear about Old Hag Syndrome, but never believed it. Until it happened to ME."

How did it begin?

"Well, I was asleep. Sound asleep. It was late at night. I heard a noise, & woke up. My jaw dropped when I saw it. It was an old hag, right in my bedroom. She was so ugly & so scary looking that I wanted to get up out of bed & run. But I couldn't move. That's when I knew this was supernatural."

Why couldn't you move?

"I was totally paralyzed. From head to toe. That's how I knew this was supernatural. It was Old Hag Syndrome. That's what happens when people see the old hag. The sleep paralysis. I couldn't even scream."

That must have been terrifying.

"It was! I mean, I'm a big guy. I'm not afraid of ANYTHING! Until this. What made it even worse was how UGLY she was. Like an evil witch from a horror film. The ugliest, scariest creature I've even seen in my life. And that was only the start of it."

What did she do?

"She got on top of me & held me down. She smiled, but it was an evil smile. She knew she was in control, & that I couldn't do anything about it. And then she laughed. But it was more like a cackle. An evil cackle. Like an evil witch would make, or like an evil demon. A pure evil she demon from the lowest pits of hell."

What did she do next?

"She had her way with me, if you know what I mean. It was horrifying. I had no choice! I tried to fight it, but couldn't. She demanded satisfaction, too. And it went it on all night long. Over & over again. My worst nightmare come true. I've even cried about it sometimes. It's the scariest thing that's ever happened to me."

Did the old hag ever return?

"Oh, yeah. She's been back. That's the worst part about it. It's still going on. It's a neverending nightmare."

This is still going on?

"Yeah. Almost every night now. I dread even climbing into bed each night, knowing the horrors I'm about to experience. But I guess it's my fault."

Your fault?

"Yeah. I probably shouldn't have married her. But I was lonely at the time, & she seemed so cute then. Oh, well. Live & learn, I guess."
