If the lawyers & attorneys who wrote the document found out that you are having a problem agreeing with the terms here, they would be overwhelmed with an extreme case of indigestion! Worse, they would be jumping up & down, having a panic attack! You don't want THAT to happen, do you? What will it take to get you to hit the YES! button? Did you really mean to hit the NO! button?
